1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the big baji platform and all its associated services. "Platform" refers to big baji's website, mobile application, and all services operated under it. "Member" refers to any registered user, and "we" or "big baji" refers to the organisation operating this platform.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, you will be considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full content of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are specifically prepared for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on big baji, you must provide accurate and complete information. The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be truthful and verifiable. Opening an account with false information or concealing information is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each member may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts or opening an account in a third party's name is strictly prohibited. If big baji's management identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, it reserves the right to suspend all such accounts.

2.2 Account Verification

Before a withdrawal or large transaction, big baji may request completion of an identity verification (KYC) process. This process may require submission of a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate. If documents are not provided within the specified time, account activity may be temporarily restricted.

3 Age and Eligibility

All services on big baji are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. At registration, you must confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about age will result in account cancellation, and any funds held in that account may be forfeited.

big baji may request proof of age at any time. Withdrawal activity may be suspended until age is verified. big baji is firmly committed to protecting minors and always follows its responsible gaming policy.

4 Account Security

Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept completely confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account or sharing your login details is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, inform the big baji support team immediately.

If any loss occurs as a result of sharing login credentials, the full responsibility lies with the member concerned. big baji will not be obliged to provide any compensation in such cases. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal

For deposits and withdrawals on big baji, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer are currently available. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank can be used.

5.1 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour

5.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only. Deposits from a third party's mobile banking number or bank account are not acceptable. If such a transaction is identified, it will be cancelled and a security review will be applied to the account.

5.3 Withdrawal Policy

To request a withdrawal, the account must have sufficient balance and any applicable wagering requirements must be met. To withdraw funds received from a bonus, the wagering requirements of that bonus must be fully completed.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

big baji offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000 — a wagering of ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be completed before withdrawal.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash in any form — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• A promotion may not be participated in more than once, unless the specific terms state otherwise.
• big baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity related to a bonus is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The latest details of any ongoing promotions, including the weekly big baji Deposit Festival and big baji Cricket Dhamaka, are available on the platform.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

To place a bet or play a game on big baji, the account must have sufficient balance. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, big baji reserves the right to resolve that situation.

7.1 Sports Betting

Odds displayed in sports betting may change at any time. A change in odds after a bet is finalised will not affect that bet. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake placed on that event will be refunded.

7.2 Live Casino and Slots

Information on the RTP (Return to Player) rate for live casino games and slots is provided on the relevant game's page. Gaming results are entirely random (based on a Random Number Generator) and big baji does not influence game outcomes in any way.

7.3 Game Disputes

If there is an issue with a game or betting result, it must be reported in writing to the big baji support team within 72 hours. big baji's system logs will be used as the final source of information.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the big baji platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers
• Opening an account or conducting activity using another person's identity
• Conducting betting or gaming activity through fraudulent methods
• Placing bets using automated software or bots
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Harassing other members or damaging the platform's reputation
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds

If big baji identifies suspicious activity, it may suspend an account at any time for investigation and may notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

big baji reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these Terms is violated
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• If evidence of false identity or information is found
• If the account holder's death or incapacity is confirmed
• If compliance with law or regulatory authority instructions is required

A member may also request account closure at any time through the big baji support team. An opportunity to withdraw valid balances will be given before closure; however, this may not apply in cases of disputed balances or violations.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

big baji takes the protection of members' personal information very seriously. Full details of how the information you provide is collected, stored, and used are given in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy, alongside these Terms, forms part of the conditions for using the platform.

big baji uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure. Members' information is not sold to third parties. However, specific information may be provided upon request from authorities due to legal obligations.

11 Limitation of Liability

big baji provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. big baji is not liable for temporary interruptions or service disruptions caused by technical reasons. However, members affected by such situations are advised to contact the big baji support team for assistance in resolving the issue.

Betting and gaming involve financial risk. Members place bets at their own discretion and at their own risk. big baji does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial loss resulting from losses. Please do not bet beyond your means.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

big baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified in advance via their registered mobile number or email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
